This book is a collaborative guide to New York State Regents Aligned Living Environment Courses. We will be using a “cognitive, conceptual” approach to Living Environment instruction. That means we’ll focus more on building your cognitive skills like visual-spatial memory and declarative memory, which will improve your conceptual understanding of Living Environments.
This course guide is also highly interdisciplinary, and will leverage what you’re learning in other courses, like Algebra and Earth Science, towards building your understanding of biology and ecology.
